You need support yet you don't know if you are still under a support contract? Read on!

With your 21 character license key in the ready, once you click on "click here" you will be able to see if you have support.
You will be able to see if you need to buy support. "Did you know you don't have to buy support for your sharescan station to use eCopy Desktop
or eCopy PaperWorks!" You can break out the software, from your ShareScan station, buy support just for the software.

    * VERSION...With each major release of a product, the Version number is incremented a whole number. The field shows what version of product your key must be used for
    * KEY TYPE...there are 4 types of keys: NFR is not-for-resale, for showrooms only; EVAL is Evaluation for 45-day trials; FULL is fully licensed key; SEAT-BUNDLED indicates a fully licensed key that was bundled with another product
    * SUPPORT YEARS...If the product was bundled with support, this shows the number of years of support. Note: this field does not reflect the years of support registered for this product, nor how many years of support are remaining-only the number of years originally bundled with  the product purchased
    * KEY ACTIVATED...Activation is part of fully installing a product. If this key has been used on a system and Activated the field will show YES. If it has not been activated on a system it will show NO
    * ACTIVATION DATE...Activation is part of fully installing a product. This represents the date upon which your product was originally activated.
    * DEVICE ID...This is the identifier of the machine that the key has been activa

with eCopy Desktop or PaperWorks open... Options>Preferences>licensing
It is here you can access your Product Key. It is the product key you put into the the Decryptor
